Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a Land Planning Manager in the Smyrna, DE area. As a Land Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our communities. You will oversee the design of community landscaping, amenities, and entrances while ensuring all construction activities align with project scope, schedule, and budget. This role requires a strategic planner, effective communicator, and proactive problem solver who can help our company maintain high standards and stay ahead of the competition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the planning, design, and execution of community landscapes, amenities, and entrance features.

• Ensure construction projects meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.

• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to drive project success.

• Provide guidance and recommendations to improve planning and project execution.

• Maintain high standards of quality and aesthetics across all community projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Urban Planning, Finance, or related field.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in land planning, community development, or construction management (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently.

• Valid driver’s license required.
