Senior Account Executive 

Our client is seeking a Senior Account Executive with experience selling technology products into the locum staffing space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in prospecting, closing, and managing relationships within the healthcare staffing industry, and is comfortable owning their pipeline and results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the full sales cycle from outreach to close

  • Generate and manage at least 50% of your pipeline

  • Build relationships and represent the brand at healthcare staffing events and conferences

  • Clearly communicate product value in discovery and demo conversations

  • Maintain CRM hygiene and report key sales metrics

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience selling technology products to locum staffing companies

  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Familiarity with selling to executive-level stakeholders

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Preferred:

  • Experience in SaaS, travel tech, or expense management solutions

  • Background in early- to mid-stage startup environments
