Senior Account Executive
Our client is seeking a Senior Account Executive with experience selling technology products into the locum staffing space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in prospecting, closing, and managing relationships within the healthcare staffing industry, and is comfortable owning their pipeline and results.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the full sales cycle from outreach to close
Generate and manage at least 50% of your pipeline
Build relationships and represent the brand at healthcare staffing events and conferences
Clearly communicate product value in discovery and demo conversations
Maintain CRM hygiene and report key sales metrics
Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience selling technology products to locum staffing companies
Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication and presentation skills
Familiarity with selling to executive-level stakeholders
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Preferred:
Experience in SaaS, travel tech, or expense management solutions
Background in early- to mid-stage startup environments
