Our client is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to help design and build scalable, high-performance systems across front-end and back-end platforms. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver at heart, excited about embedding AI into development workflows and delivering simple, elegant solutions that create real user impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain scalable front-end and back-end web systems

• Break down complex technical challenges into practical, iterative solutions

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver impactful features

• Explore and apply AI solutions to improve workflows and user experience

• Write clean, testable code and contribute to system documentation

• Promote performance optimization, code quality, and simplicity

• Mentor junior developers and participate in team growth and knowledge sharing

• Balance innovation with long-term stability and maintainability

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in full-stack development, including modern typed languages (e.g., Python, TypeScript, Go, Rust)

• Experience working with databases and search tools (e.g., MySQL/MariaDB, OpenSearch, Redshift)

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure tools such as AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform or Pulumi

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins)

• Passion for solving real-world problems with scalable, testable, maintainable code

• Interest in AI integration (LLMs, embeddings, vector/similarity search)

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
