  • Experience with workstation imaging, hardware deployment, peripheral troubleshooting, and asset management.

  • Working knowledge of VPN, RDP, basic networking, and IT security practices.

  • Basic PowerShell knowledge and an interest in developing scripting and automation skills.

  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and resolve multiple support requests.

  • Professional, discreet, and service-oriented, with the ability to handle confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in financial services, Bloomberg terminal support, or regulated environments. Relevant IT certifications are a plus.

Compensation & Schedule

This is a fully onsite position based in New York City, requiring five days per week in the office. Occasional after-hours work may be necessary for scheduled maintenance and recovery testing, along with periodic travel to the Connecticut office.
