Ontology & Analytics Lead
Location: Navy Yard in DC
Must be a US Citizen and hold an Active Secret Clearance

Leads development of enterprise ontology, semantic data models, and business-context layers that connect NAVFAC mission activities, organizations, assets, processes, and performance measures into a unified operational framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Design ontology structures and semantic models
• Develop business objects, taxonomies, and relationship models
• Capture and document mission process logic and operational workflows
• Translate business operations into scalable data structures
• Support ontology-driven analytics and decision-support capabilities
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to define operational concepts and requirements
• Enable data materialization, knowledge management, and mission visibility initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ontology development, knowledge management, data modeling, or analytics
• Experience designing semantic models and knowledge graphs
• Ability to bridge operational and technical communities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Palantir Foundry ontology development strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Navy mission operations
