Centurion is seeking a Delivery Lead to join their team.

The Delivery Lead wilk serve as the overall engagement lead responsible for planning, execution, integration, and delivery of all task order activities. Provides day-to-day management of personnel, priorities, schedules, risks, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring solutions support federal mission objectives and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of all project activities and serve as the primary contractor interface with program leadership
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable workplans, milestones, and delivery roadmaps
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams spanning data, analytics, governance, ontology, and application development
• Facilitate executive working groups, governance forums, and decision-making sessions
• Track performance, risks, dependencies, and corrective actions across all workstreams
• Ensure quality, timeliness, and contractual compliance of all deliverables
• Deliver executive briefings and implementation recommendations that support mission execution and readiness

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise transformation, operations improvement, analytics, or technology programs
• Active DOD SECRET CLEARANCE
• Experience supporting Navy, DoD, or Federal organizations
• Strong executive facilitation and stakeholder engagement experience
• Demonstrated success managing integrated technical and business teams

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
