Centurion is looking for a Data Analyst with an Active Secret Clearance for an on-site role in Falls Church, VA.

This individual will play a key role in supporting healthcare optimization and staff optimization efforts while interfacing directly with clients. The ideal candidates can efficiently and effectively translate technical concepts to senior leaders in a complex healthcare environment and manage leadership materials and briefs that may be routed to executive leaders.

Required Skills:

• Healthcare operations experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Power BI / Tableau (or willingness to train up)
• R/Python/SQL proficiency (or willingness to train up)

• Meeting facilitation and stakeholder alignment
• Strong client presence and executive communication
• Cross-functional collaboration (clinical, operational, and leadership teams)
• Ability to lead client work with minimal oversight

• At least 5 years of professional experience

Preferred Skills:
MHS or DHA experience Healthcare analytics or health informatics
