Job Description

Centurion is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join their team onsite in Arlington, VA . 

Day-to-day Responsibilities: Builds and validates the quantitative models that translate organizational workload drivers into defensible full-time equivalent (FTE) requirements by military, civilian, and contractor component. Collaborates with Senior Data Scientist and AI engineers to explore and expose data, conduct feature engineering against Army personnel systems (IPPS-A, DAPES, TAADS-R), regression model calibration, plausibility banding logic, and integrate scenario-planning model parameters into a front-end application. Partners with the functional lead to ensure every model output is traceable and defensible under client validation scrutiny.

Expected Deliverables: Automated manpower requirement determination and output utilizing data science

Education: Bachelors Required, Higher degree in mathematics, statistics, econometrics, economics preferred
