Role: ETL Developer
U.S. citizenship required and ideally a cleared IRS MBI Public Trust Clearance

Education: Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year of experience required and ideally an active MBI Clearance.

Preferred Responsibilities: ETL Developer with experience in Pega, AWS, Informatica, and relational databases to support data migration and integration for a cloud-based case management platform. This role will design, develop, test, and execute ETL processes to migrate data from legacy Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server environments into Pega-based applications, while supporting integrations across platforms such as MuleSoft and Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server; a strong understanding of data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting; and familiarity with Java-based applications and services. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to help deliver migration activities on schedule while ensuring compliance with Privacy-Governmental Liaison & Disclosure (PGLD) and Records and Information Management (RIM) requirements. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with relevant ETL and data migration experience. Federal or regulated-environment experience is preferred, and an active MBI clearance, or the ability to obtain one, is highly desirable.
