Role Overview
Provide full life cycle administrative support to the interview portion of the candidate life cycle as a key member of the Talent Acquisition team. Support the coordination and facilitation of all aspects of candidate interviews, including events, virtual webcam interviews, travel coordination, and escorting of onsite candidates. Provide high-touch support for candidates and hiring and career managers to ensure a smooth and positive interview experience for all parties involved. Interact frequently with recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates, including ensuring all required actions are completed in a timely manner while ensuring compliance with company processes and government regulations. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinates scheduling and administrative services, including clerical and support services, interview coordination, and availability collection across various stakeholders. Performs varied tasks. Uses standard policies, procedures and practical application of the general and technical aspects of the job to complete assignments. Works under general supervision. Routine work requires no instruction. General instructions given for new assignments.
