Role: Enterprise Asset Manager
Location: Ashburn VA
US Citizens with an Active Secret Clearance required

Provide strategic and operational leadership for enterprise asset management, with a strong focus on cybersecurity-relevant assets. Own and mature comprehensive asset inventories across on-premises and cloud environments; drive asset classification, prioritization, and lifecycle management; and ensure asset data supports vulnerability management, configuration management, risk assessments, and incident response. Lead selection and operation of IT Asset Management (ITAM)/Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and configuration management database (CMDB) platforms, establish KPIs/metrics and reporting, and support compliance and audits aligned to FISMA, NIST, and ISO 27001.

• Bachelor’s degree (IT/CS/Cyber/Business Admin or related)
• 5–7+ years progressive experience in ITAM/SAM/EAM, including 3–5+ years leading or managing asset management programs in a large enterprise
• Experience building and maintaining enterprise asset inventories for network, endpoint, and cloud assets
• Expertise in asset classification, prioritization, and lifecycle management, integrating cybersecurity considerations
• Strong knowledge of ITAM best practices/methodologies (e.g., ITIL, ISO 19770) and hardware/software/cloud lifecycles
• Proficiency with asset discovery tools/techniques across environments (network/endpoint/cloud)
• Strong understanding of software licensing models, compliance, and optimization
• Solid cybersecurity knowledge: threats, vulnerabilities, and risk management (e.g., NIST RMF, NIST CSF)
• Familiarity with secure configuration baselines and configuration management best practices
• Ability to integrate asset data into SecOps, vulnerability management, and incident response processes
• Experience with ITAM/EAM and CMDB platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Flexera, Ivanti, BMC), including tool evaluation/implementation/operation
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and KPI development
