Job Description

Lead the establishment, operation, and continuous maturation of an enterprise Insider Threat Program, focusing on deterrence, detection, and mitigation. You will gather and integrate threat-related data from multiple sources, analyze indicators and intelligence, assess risk and vulnerabilities, and drive timely response actions and countermeasures. You will ensure the program aligns with applicable U.S. Government insider threat policies and regulatory requirements, and oversee monitoring approaches that support protection of enterprise networks and data while enabling effective risk prioritization and remediation.

  • 5+ years professional experience designing, operating, and maturing insider threat programs
  • In-depth knowledge of insider threat deterrence, detection, and mitigation strategies and best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to collect, integrate, and analyze threat-related information and translate findings into response actions
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, including network security, data protection, and enterprise monitoring concepts
  • Expertise in security risk management: identifying, assessing, prioritizing, and mitigating security risks
  • Ability to analyze threat intelligence to understand, scope, and neutralize threats
  • Working knowledge of relevant U.S. Government insider threat guidance and requirements, including: NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117) and Executive Order 13587 Presidential Memorandum: “Minimum Standards for Executive Branch Insider Threat Programs”
  • CISSP REQUIRED*
  • TS/SCI REQUIRED*
