Job Description

Day to Day Responsibilities: Recruiting, sourcing, screening candidates and managing internal clients
Expected Deliverables: 4 hires per accounting period
Required Skills: Minimum 5 years of related recruiting experience, to include Experienced Hire recruiting experience with Deloitte.
Experience recruiting for various different skillsets Experience with high-volume recruiting and sourcing techniques in a fast-paced environment
Consultative approach toward clients with proven experience influencing others and building strong relationships with PPMD level business leaders and hiring teams
Experience with multiple interview channels, including video (HireVue) technology
Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems, including Avature
Preferred Skills: Creative sourcing methods Experience with Ad-hoc reporting Experience working with PowerPoint and data tools
