We are seeking a Senior Informatica Administrator to support a high-impact data initiative focused on delivering a mobile-first Salesforce recruiting solution. This role will be instrumental in standing up a new Informatica environment and enabling data migration efforts from legacy systems into Salesforce.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Informatica ETL and administration, along with the ability to mentor team members and establish best practices for ongoing data operations.
Lead the setup, configuration, and administration of a new Informatica environment
Design and implement ETL workflows to support data migration and integration efforts
Migrate Soldier data from legacy systems (Mainframe/Oracle-based ARISS system) into Salesforce
Work with JSON-based data inputs from source systems to transform and load into target platforms
Collaborate with the data team to support a mobile-first Salesforce recruiting solution
Provide hands-on training and mentorship to 2–3 team members on Informatica configuration and best practices
Ensure data integrity, quality, and performance optimization across all ETL processes
Troubleshoot and resolve data integration and system issues
Active Secret Clearance
Informatica Administration – Intermediate proficiency
Informatica Data Engineering – Intermediate proficiency
Informatica ETL Development – Advanced proficiency
Experience integrating Informatica with Salesforce.com – Intermediate proficiency
Strong experience working with structured and semi-structured data formats (e.g., JSON)
Proven ability to configure and deploy new Informatica environments
Experience with data migration projects in cloud environments
Familiarity with AWS infrastructure
Working knowledge of Salesforce platform and data models
Experience migrating data from legacy systems (Mainframe, Oracle)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and mentor team members
Experience working in secure, compliance-driven environments
