Job Description

Centurion is seeking a SharePoint Administrator who will support the design, administration, and continuous improvement of SharePoint sites and Power Platform solutions in a fast-paced, Agile environment. This role partners closely with technical teams, program leadership, and stakeholders to ensure collaboration tools, workflows, and tracking mechanisms are reliable, well-governed, and aligned to project outcomes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and proactive, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience developing, administering, and supporting SharePoint sites, tools, and deployments

  • Experience building solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate

  • Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and active participation in Agile ceremonies

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills, including experience developing and following governance standards and SOPs

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to integrate quickly into an established team

  • Flexibility to operate effectively in a rapidly changing, outcomes-focused environment

  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to address technical and operational challenges

  • Experience supporting program and project milestone tracking, including identifying and escalating risks
    Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
    Security Clearance: Public Trust required

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

SharePoint Administration & Support

  • Maintain, update, and organize SharePoint sites, lists, document libraries, and user permissions

  • Troubleshoot SharePoint and Power Automate issues and escalate complex problems as needed

  • Document user requirements, configurations, changes, and system updates

Agile Team Integration

  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, providing status updates and tracking action items

  • Support backlog ownership, prioritization, and sprint planning activities

  • Respond quickly to shifting priorities, feedback, and task adjustments

  • Assist with gathering and documenting user requirements and feedback during sprint cycles

Collaboration & Communication

  • Promote transparency by documenting project tasks, processes, and progress in shared team spaces

  • Support sprint closeout activities and change management efforts with customers and stakeholders

Quality Control & Data Management

  • Review data integrity across SharePoint trackers and dashboards, identifying inconsistencies or issues

  • Support data migration, testing, validation, and change management activities

Team Agility & Flexibility

  • Take on new or evolving responsibilities as project needs change

  • Learn, adopt, and support team-established tools, standards, and processes with a positive, proactive approach
