Centurion is currently seeking a Senior SailPoint Developer to lead complex application onboarding and integration efforts within SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ). This role requires deep technical expertise in IAM, advanced Java/Beanshell development, and SailPoint IIQ configuration. The developer works closely with application owners, security teams, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable identity solutions while mentoring junior team members and contributing to IAM best practices.

Lead end-to-end application onboarding within SailPoint IdentityIQ, from requirements gathering through deployment
Design and implement complex SailPoint integrations, including connector configuration, workflows, rules, and schemas
Perform detailed entitlement analysis, access mapping, and attribute modeling to accurately represent applications within the IAM ecosystem
Configure and validate provisioning, deprovisioning, certifications, and identity lifecycle event processes
Troubleshoot and resolve advanced issues related to connectivity, aggregation, schema discovery, and rule execution
Collaborate with application owners, security teams, and business stakeholders to ensure integrations meet functional, security, and compliance requirements
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design artifacts and operational runbooks
Mentor junior developers and contribute to onboarding standards, reusable components, and best practices
Support governance initiatives, audits, and compliance activities related to identity and access management
Fully onboarded and production-ready applications within SailPoint IIQ
Well-documented integration designs, workflows, rules, and configurations
Accurate entitlement models and access mappings aligned with business and security requirements
Reliable provisioning, certification, and lifecycle processes with minimal defects
Knowledge transfer materials and mentorship support for junior team members
Continuous improvement contributions to IAM onboarding frameworks and standards
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Active Secret security clearance (interim clearance not accepted)
Extensive hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ in enterprise environments
Strong understanding of IAM principles, governance models, and enterprise security requirements
