Job Description

Centurion is hiring a Case Manger II - RelativityOne for a federal government contract.  This role is 100% remote and open to US Citizens only.

Required Skills:
Experience using Relativity or RelativityOne including construction of complex searches, creating batching and QC workflows, and generating reports.

Experience consulting on formatting search terms for collection and culling and utilizing analytics to streamline review.

FOIA Document Review Experience.

Certification in Relativity or RelativityOne (preferable Review Specialist).

Preferred Skills:
Relativity Review Certification preferred, experience with Microsoft Purview searching syntax.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:
Supporting the [Client] FOI review teams by tracking and responding to requests, assisting with set-up of review in RelativityOne Gov, assisting with creating searches, and reviewing datasets.

Coordinate technical aspects of eDiscovery needs of client FOIA teams, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the discovery lifecycle.
Applying in-depth knowledge and experience to provide expert consultation and advice on technology and best practices.
Consult with case teams to effectively develop and apply technical strategies, requirements and goals in order to develop and implement project plans, including data collection, processing, document production, and review.
Advises legal teams on technology options to respond to specific discovery needs including but not limited to early case assessment, document searching, and document reviews in the most efficient, timely, and cost effective manner.
Ensure standard procedures for electronic discovery projects are consistently applied across the life of the matter.
Coordinates efforts of others in response to discovery requests and provides regular reports and metrics as to the status of each phase of the project.
