We are seeking a Systems Administrator to support and maintain an enterprise IBM TRIRIGA platform. This role serves as a key liaison between end users and technical teams, ensuring system stability, usability, and continuous improvement throughout the software lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support for client and end-user requests
Gather, document, and translate business requirements into system enhancements
Collaborate with design and development teams to implement new functionality
Analyze existing data and configurations to support remediation and system updates
Required Skills:
Experience with IBM TRIRIGA or similar enterprise systems
Strong communication and technical writing skills
Knowledge of software and system lifecycle development
Ability to support end users and troubleshoot application issues
