Job Description

We are seeking a Systems Administrator to support and maintain an enterprise IBM TRIRIGA platform. This role serves as a key liaison between end users and technical teams, ensuring system stability, usability, and continuous improvement throughout the software lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support for client and end-user requests

  • Gather, document, and translate business requirements into system enhancements

  • Collaborate with design and development teams to implement new functionality

  • Analyze existing data and configurations to support remediation and system updates

Required Skills:

  • Experience with IBM TRIRIGA or similar enterprise systems

  • Strong communication and technical writing skills

  • Knowledge of software and system lifecycle development

  • Ability to support end users and troubleshoot application issues
