Centurion is currently seeing a Learning Program Administrator to serve as the primary administrator for the LinkedIn Learning member benefit for our client. This role works closely with members and internal staff across the Education and Career Development and Membership and Strategic Engagement units to ensure effective management, communication, and reporting related to LinkedIn Learning.
Monitor the progress of LinkedIn Learning license activations and deactivate licenses in accordance with established business rules
Manage and respond to inquiries in the LinkedIn Learning inbox in a timely and professional manner
Organize and support staff meetings related to LinkedIn Learning, as needed
Attend scheduled meetings with LinkedIn Learning vendor staff
Maintain centralized storage and organization of key LinkedIn Learning documentation
Create, compile, and distribute reports to support program tracking and decision-making
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate across teams
