Job Description

Centurion Consulting Group is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Business Analyst for a long-term federal government client.  

Technical Business Analyst
 
Required Skills:
Proficient in the following qualifications:
• Experience with ServiceNow development with knowledge of code best practices
• Knowledge/experience with functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow platform and architecture
• Effective liaison leading technical development teams
• Knowledge/experience of SDLC practices
• Strong facilitation skills to effectively lead discussions across multiple groups
• Oral and written communication skills including presenting to management
• Knowledge/experience with Agile Methodologies
• Change Management and Configuration Management (VersionOne, ServiceNow, etc)
• Problem/Risk Management
• MS Office Suite
 
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
* Lead client meetings and serve as the client relationship specialist
* Serve as liasion for the development team
* Conduct R&D for SN features and capabilities within the toolset
 
Education: 4 year BS/BA
