Centurion is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team and contribute to our mission.

Position Summary
Reporting to the HR Director, the Senior Human Resources Generalist will play a key role in supporting HR operations, with primary responsibility for full life-cycle recruitment and HR administrative support. This on-site position requires strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, along with a passion for building positive employee and candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruitment for a wide range of positions across the organization.

• Partner with hiring managers to provide guidance throughout the recruitment and selection process.

• Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.

• Coordinate and support the interview process, including scheduling and communication.

• Assist with extending and negotiating employment offers, ensuring compliance with compensation guidelines and market standards.

• Lead new employee onboarding activities, creating a welcoming and effective start for new hires.

• Provide HR administrative support, including filing, research, and process updates.

• Support employee relations efforts as needed.

• Contribute to compensation and salary administration activities, including job description reviews, market analysis, and testing of new tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Human Resource Management, or equivalent relevant experience.

• Several years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated success in talent sourcing and in-house recruitment.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• HR certification (SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
