Job Description
We’re looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you’ll collaborate directly with customer development teams to help them leverage our platform, guiding migrations, solving technical challenges, and creating onboarding paths tailored to their architectures and development workflows.
You’ll bring strong technical expertise across cloud, databases, networking, and full stack applications, while also demonstrating excellent communication and leadership skills. This is a hands-on role that requires both technical depth and the ability to collaborate across multiple engineering teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with customer software teams to understand their existing architecture and tooling, and guide onboarding to our platform.
Lead the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of full stack software solutions using modern programming languages and cloud technologies.
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows using tools such as GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or Flux.
Design and deploy containerized applications with Docker in production environments.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices with Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation.
Work with relational databases such as MySQL and Postgres to support application requirements.
Leverage APM and monitoring tools (e.g., AWS CloudWatch, New Relic, Grafana) to maintain application performance and reliability.
Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, WindSurf) to rapidly prototype features and improve engineering productivity.
Lead and mentor engineers, providing technical direction and fostering collaboration across teams.
Create and share technical documentation that enables customers to successfully adopt and scale with the platform.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
7+ years of software development experience with Typescript, Golang, or Python.
5+ years of experience with AWS services and CI/CD automation (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Flux).
4+ years of experience with containerization and deployments using Docker.
4+ years of experience with relational databases (MySQL, Postgres).
4+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation).
4+ years of experience with APM/monitoring tools (AWS CloudWatch, New Relic, Grafana).
Experience using AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, WindSurf) for prototyping.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience building Developer Platforms.
Experience writing clear and consumable technical documentation.
Familiarity with AWS technologies such as DynamoDB, EC2, EKS, SQS, SNS, RDS.
Strong troubleshooting skills for application code and configurations.
Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across multiple engineering teams.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
