SAP Enable Now Specialist

Minimum Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline)

Minimum Experience:
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience implementing and utilizing SAP Enable Now within SAP S/4HANA training environments

Security Clearance:
• Secret Security Clearance required

General Experience & Skills:
• Demonstrated expertise in SAP Enable Now content creation, deployment, and user adoption strategies specifically for SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules, processes, and user interface
• Experience leading or supporting SAP S/4HANA training initiatives and deliverables
• Ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into effective SAP Enable Now solutions for SAP S/4HANA
• Strong professional oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a process-oriented, deadline-driven environment
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to exercise mature judgment

Functional Responsibilities:
• Lead and support the design, development, and deployment of SAP Enable Now content tailored for SAP S/4HANA
• Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to assess SAP S/4HANA training needs and develop targeted enablement solutions
• Guide and coach junior team members in SAP Enable Now and SAP S/4HANA best practices
• Ensure all deliverables meet client requirements, quality standards, and project timelines
• Provide expertise in SAP Enable Now tool functionality, integration, and optimization within SAP S/4HANA environments
• Support change management and user adoption activities as part of SAP S/4HANA project rollouts
• Maintain documentation and provide knowledge transfer to client teams as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
• SAP Enable Now certification
• SAP S/4HANA certification or demonstrated project experience
• Experience with federal government clients
• Additional SAP module experience or certifications
