Job Description

We are searching for a talented and self-motivated Supplier Program Manager to help us create the future of flight. This is a contract role, 100% remote.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
• Manages technical, business, product delivery, quality and in-service aspects of supplier/subcontractor relationships and performance.
• Establishes an operating plan to monitor performance to plan. Assists in managing all aspects of supplier, SOW, RAA, contractual commitments and performance to support company procurement strategies and contractual compliance and establishes operating plan.
• Provides technical and business guidance to integrate strategic supply chain activities. Leads stakeholder relationships and performance throughout all contract phases.
• Conducts and guides supplier assessments.
• Develop current and projected work statement.
• Leads and establishes the basis for recovery, corrective and preventative action plans.
• Communicates supplier and SCM performance plans RIOs to stakeholders.

Required:
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.)
• 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain role
