Centurion Consulting Group is looking for a Program Management – Directorate Support Analyst for a long term federal government project. This position is Hybrid, with some onsite in Alexandria, VA. This is open to US Citizens with an Active Secret Clearance.
Role overview:
• Provide analysis and optimize mission hosting and applications to enable warfighting through Mission Partner Environment (MPE) and End User Enterprise Services (EUES) Policy and Oversight. Support to the DCIO(IE) MPE portfolio operations, processes, and coordination with other business partners. Comprehensive consultant and technical support for DoD365 to develop strategic plans and policies for the DoD CIO. Integrated systems and network engineering support for DoD365 to improve performance, capacity, and security while reducing the cost and complexity of office productivity, voice, and video services. Support and coordinate systems and network analysis for the EUES Management Board and EUES Action Officer meetings.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide support to track and define efforts reflective of the MPE program and capability baselines, develop issue papers to address enterprise and theater-specific resourcing demands, and develop analysis to support DoD CIO positions on resolving risk, issue, and opportunities.
• Provide subject matter expertise in the areas of enterprise strategy, policy, programmatic, requirements, capability, and resource analysis applicable to MPE.
• Provide a detailed comprehensive analysis of associated MPE systems, and identify critical capabilities, capability gaps, and roadmaps to guide the strategic and incremental evolution and modernization within all MPEs.
• Research, analyze, and conduct technical assessments of all relevant DoD policies that address or impact MPE capabilities and relevant domestic and international agreements.
• Provide detailed and comprehensive architectural and technical design support in the development of future state globally integrated MPE enterprise services.
• Develop whitepapers and architectural artifacts to guide, shape, and develop cloud-based information domains in support of Combatant Command and Service-specific mission partner information-sharing needs.
• Provide comprehensive consultant and technical support for DoD365 to develop strategic plans and policies for the DoD CIO.
• Provide comprehensive systems and network engineering support for DoD365 to improve performance, capacity, and security, while reducing the cost and complexity of office productivity, voice, and video services.
• Provide comprehensive systems and network analytical support to the EUES Management Board and EUES Action Officer meetings.
• Provide analytical support for Internet Content Blocking to develop policy and establish programs for improved performance, capacity, and security, while reducing the cost and complexity.
Required Skills:
• Experience with network architecture and design.
• Solid experience with systems architecture, MS O365, and interoperability.
• Experience with working with MPEs and DoD components.
• Must be operationally oriented and able to multitask/prioritize work in a high-volume environment.
• Expert in process improvement initiatives and their implementations.
• Proven records of strategy development and implementation.
• Working knowledge of development policies and guidelines.
• Team player with a positive and professional demeanor, strong customer service awareness, and excellent organizational skills.
• Flexible and forward-leaning especially with regards to operations and planning.
• Understand the role of the Senior Military Aide/Advisor (SMA).
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Agility with task management, coordination, and execution.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office suite especially with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask and execute directives effectively and with little supervision.
• Exceptional communications, staffing, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to share information and guide activities productively.
• Superior presentation skills.
• Experience with interacting with Government officials and senior military personnel.
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Correspondence and Task Management Systems (CATMS) or similar tools.
• Confident and self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude.
• Expertise in dealing with DoD operations and processes.
• Good writing and briefing skills.
• Master's degree and 12 years of experience or 18 years of experience without the degree.
