Centurion Consulting Group is looking for a Program Management – Directorate Support Analyst for a long term federal government project. This position is Hybrid, with some onsite in Alexandria, VA. This is open to US Citizens with an Active Secret Clearance.
Role overview:
• Provide analysis, recommendations, and support for the drafting, development and promulgation of IT standards and Technical Profile Standards to enable Enterprise Interoperability. Provide analytical support to the ongoing joint development of the DoD comprehensive IT Registry via the technical and engineering framework and configuration management processes for managing IT standards and Technical Profile Standards for capability Interoperability and establishing the policies for sharing IT standards and Technical Profile Standards across functional boundaries in coordination with the Intelligence and DoD Functional communities in support of department-wide interoperability. Provide analytical support for the coordination of the DoD IT standards and Technical Profile Standards resource requirements across the enterprise information environment, warfighter, business, and defense portion of the intelligence mission areas. Provide analytical support for the monitoring of all DoD IT standards and Technical Profile Standards related aspects to ensure they are planned, designed, developed, configured, acquired, managed, operated, protected, and coordinated to promote interoperability and the sharing of DoD IT standards and Technical Profile Standards to effectively and efficiently achieve the Department’s interoperability goals and priorities.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Provides technical and management leadership on major tasks or work assignments.
• Provide analysis, recommendations and support for the drafting, development and promulgation of IT Standards and Technical Profile Standards to enable Enterprise Interoperability.
• Provide support for the coordination of the DoD IT standards and Technical Profile Standards resource requirements across the enterprise information environment, warfighter, business, and defense portion of the intelligence mission areas.
• Provide support and coordinate with DISA on recommendations for enhancements to the DoD IT Standards Registry (DISR, a module in the GIG Technical Guidance-Federation (GTG-F), to include updating outdated and obsolete IT standards and Technical Profile standards to better support the implementation of the DoD policy on utilization of IT standards and Technical Profile Standards for interoperability.
• Provide administrative and technical support for DoD enterprise-level IT standards governance reform to support enterprise interoperability.
• Provide support for the Joint Enterprise Standards Committee (JESC) and/or appropriate EASB subordinate standards panel or similar enterprise-level governance meetings where component/agency concerns are resolved.
• Familiarity with DoD operations and processes.
• Good writing and briefing skills.
• Master's degree and 12 years of experience or 18 years of experience without the degree.

• Experience with interacting with Government officials and senior military personnel.
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) or similar tool.
• Confident and self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude.
