PT - Physical Therapist

Job Description 

• Assess patient needs,
• Develop their recovery plans.
• deliver physical therapy by designing programs that will restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities and independence.
• Train patients and caregivers in the skills they need to promote independence and productivity.
• Collaborating with peers and making referrals to help patients get the care they need to thrive.

Qualifications 

1. A valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.

2. A master’s degree in physical therapy; or

3. A Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy; or

4. A bachelor’s degree in physical therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.

Qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.
