12 Weeks Off/Year: Outpatient and GYN cases with customizable hours; take one week off per month for great work-life balance.
Light Back-up Call: Only 7.5 days/month (7 AM–7 PM) supporting midwives in a community hospital (~800 births/year).
Top Pay & Perks: ~$425K–$450K base + wRVU bonuses, $25K sign-on, $25K relocation, $15K/year student loan repayment.
W2 or 1099: Choose W2 with full benefits (health, dental, 403(b), CME) or 1099 for flexibility.
Supportive Team: Work with midwives and skilled staff in a modern facility.
