Outpatient GYN – East Tennessee
Salary: ~$425K–$450K Base + Bonuses
Location: East Tennessee (Knoxville Area)

Flexible to full-time or reduced outpatient schedule.
Light Back-up Call: 7 days/month (7 AM–7 PM) backing up midwives in a community hospital (~800 births/year).
Top Pay & Perks: ~$425K–$450K base + wRVU bonuses, $25K sign-on, $25K relocation, $15K/year student loan repayment.
W2 or 1099: Choose W2 with full benefits (health, dental, 403(b), CME) or 1099 for flexibility.
Supportive Team: Work with midwives and skilled staff in a modern facility.
