Outpatient Primary Care Physician Opportunity – East Tennessee/Knoxville Area

Join a respected outpatient primary care practice supported by a strong healthcare institution in the East Tennessee/Knoxville area. This role is perfect for providers dedicated to high-quality care in a rapidly growing community with flexible scheduling and comprehensive support.

Position Highlights:

• Patient Volume: 18-20 patients per day
• Support Team: 2 nurses per provider; 1 APP available with volume growth
• Location Options: Choose from multiple well-established sites in the area for added convenience
• Scope: General primary care; outpatient only with no hospital duties or call responsibilities
• EMR System: EPIC in 2025

Schedule:

• Flexible M-F scheduling with options for:
  • 4.5-day or 5-day workweek
  • Reduced workweek can be arranged 

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary Guarantee: $300K for the first 12 months
• Incentives: Shift to wRVU model after year 1, with earning potential up to $525K (90th percentile)
  • Quarterly bonus structure
• Additional Benefits:
  • Student Loan Repayment: $15K annually (up to $150K total)
  • Sign-on Bonus: $25K
  • Relocation Stipend: $11K
