Job Description

• Mixed Inpatient and Outpatient
• Advance procedures preferred; not required

Current Team Structure:

• Nurse Practitioners: 2 NPs, managing 14-16 patients per day

Schedule:

• Rotation:
  • Week 1:
    • Monday: Clinic
    • Tuesday: Hospital procedures
    • Wednesday: Half-day hospital, half-day clinic
    • Thursday: Clinic
    • Friday: Clinic
  • Week 2:
    • Monday-Friday: All hospital procedures
• Call Schedule:
  
  • Call schedule will be 1:5 with the addition of the new physician (support from private group)
  • Call responsibilities are manageable with strong hospitalist support and efficient scheduling

Clinic Operations:

• NPs manage the clinic full-time, ensuring continuity of care
• New physician expected to balance the workload and maintain efficient patient flow
