Job Description

Tennessee General Surgery 

-Immediate Perm required to meet community needs and support department expansion.
-(1) Community hospital coverage 
-Surgical Procedures: Invasive and minimally invasive surgeries, including gallbladder removals, appendectomies, hernia repairs, colon surgeries, and port placements.
-Technology: Utilization of Da Vinci Robot.
-Support Staff: 2 Nurses and 1 Advanced Practice Provider (APP).

Patient Volume:
-Annual volume expected between 10,000-10,500 patients.

Practice Schedule:
-Split between office and operating room responsibilities: 3 days in the office, 2 days in the OR.

Compensation & Benefits:
-Base Salary: $500,000+ guaranteed for 2 years.
-Student Loan Repayment: $15K per year (up to $150K).
-Sign-On Bonus: $45K.
-Relocation: $11K stipend.
