Southern Lake Community Outpatient Psychiatry 

Details:

• Adult Outpatient Psychiatry 
• Practice Scope: Nursing homes, IOP, chronic care
• Patient Load: 7-10 patients per half day
• 31-bed unit
• No weekend coverage - covered by Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
• Weekday Coverage: 1:6 rotation
• EMR System: EPIC
• Flexible Schedule: Tailored to accommodate work-life balance
• PSLF-eligible (501c3 employer)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Base Salary: ~$400k base plus bonuses (potential $500k)
