Internal Medicine Primary Care Opportunity

About the Position:

• Outpatient Only Practice - no hospital call
• Work in a collaborative environment with access to multidisciplinary resources and specialists.
• Volumes range based on provider avg. 16-20ppd
• Multiple clinic options with space to house a new provider 
• Flexible 4  or 4.5 day work week
  
  • Optional: Potential to augment practice with additional roles including; inpatient rehabilitation rounding, long-term acute care (LTAC) rounding, and/or nursing home rounding/directorships

Compensation & Benefits:

• Offering a ~$350k base salary or BOE 
• Production bonuses based on wRVU production incentives - ($550k+ documented potential)
• Quality bonuses for value-based care initiatives.
