Gastroenterologist Opportunity in Southern Coastal Town

• Practice Type: Gastroenterology within a not-for-profit, academically affiliated hospital.
• Location: A charming southern coastal town, renowned as a vacation destination.
• Team Structure: Join a collaborative team of 5 Gastroenterologists and 5 Advanced Practice Providers.
• Patient Volume: Manage approximately 16-18 patients per day in the clinic.
• Facilities: Access to state-of-the-art endoscopy suites within the hospital.
• Clinical Focus:
  • General outpatient and inpatient endoscopy procedures.
  • Skills in ERCP and EUS are valued, but not required.
• Schedule:
  • Balanced rotation between clinic and endoscopy days.
  • Typically, 2-3 days per week dedicated to scoping, depending on the rotation.
• Teaching Involvement: Opportunity to work with residents, contributing to academic and clinical education.
• Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base Salary: $550k-575k, based on experience.
  • RVU Bonus: Potential to significantly increase earnings.
  • Group Average Compensation: Exceeds $900,000.
  • Bonuses: Sign-on and annual retention bonuses (~$25,000).
