- Collaborative Team: Join 5 skilled Gastroenterologists and 5 Advanced Practice Providers in a supportive, collegial environment.
- Manageable Patient Load: See approximately 16-18 patients per day in the clinic.
- State-of-the-Art Facilities: Perform procedures in modern, hospital-based endoscopy suites.
- Clinical Focus: General outpatient and inpatient endoscopy procedures. ERCP and EUS skills are a plus but not required.
- Balanced Schedule: Rotate between clinic and endoscopy days, with 2-3 days per week dedicated to scoping based on rotation.
- Academic Engagement: Mentor residents, contributing to clinical and academic excellence.
- Competitive Base Salary: $600,000–$700,000, commensurate with experience.
- Lucrative RVU Bonus: Group average compensation exceeds $950,000+.
