Capstone IT is helping our client find a Senior Program Manager who will lead delivery of a large-scale migration to a critical third party Customer Service (B2C) platform. This role will oversee a complex
program involving 200+ resources and a budget exceeding $100M,
coordinating internal teams, external vendors, and multiple workstreams
to ensure successful delivery. The Program Manager will drive
execution, improve project governance where previous efforts have
stalled, and ensure milestones, risks, and vendor commitments are
tracked closely. Day-today work includes managing program schedules, coordinating infrastructure readiness, overseeing testing and deployment planning, and communicating clear status updates to executive leadership.

Responsibilities
• Lead program delivery for migration to a third-party customer service application
• Manage a large enterprise program ($100M+, 200+ resources) across multiple workstreams
• Oversee vendor delivery and hold partners accountable for milestones and performance
• Track project milestones, delivery velocity, and vendor commitments
independent of vendor plans
• Identify risks, dependencies, and issues; develop mitigation strategies
• Improve program structure and execution discipline where delivery
has stalled
• Coordinate infrastructure readiness, environments, hosting, and
deployment planning
• Drive System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing
(UAT), and go-live readiness
• Manage project change requests including impact analysis and
justification
• Track schedule, resource allocation, and financial performance of the program
• Coordinate work between IT teams, business project managers, and
functional leads
• Communicate program status, risks, and progress to executive
leadership
• Ensure internal deliverables align with business testing and
deployment timelines
Qualifications
Required
• 10+ years of experience in Project or Program Management
• Experience managing large enterprise programs ($100M+ budget, 200+ resources)
• Strong vendor management experience with large technology partners
• Experience delivering Business-to-Consumer (B2C) applications
• Expertise in schedule, resource, and financial tracking/reporting
• Experience coordinating multi-workstream enterprise programs
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans
• Experience driving testing cycles including System Integration
Testing and UAT
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management
Nice to Have
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Oracle Primavera Cloud, or
Oracle Unifier
• Experience delivering customer service or customer engagement
