We’re seeking a talented Business Systems Analyst with at least seven years of experience to partner with our client to deliver solutions that assist implementing Digital Asset Management (DAM) as part of an Enterprise Catalog.

Job Summary:
As a Business Systems Analyst, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, translate them into actionable technical specifications, and support the delivery of projects. If you’re passionate about solving complex problems and bridging business and IT, we want you on our team!

Primary Responsibilities

• Partner with business users to gather, probe, and analyze requirements
• Translate business needs into solution designs (not just documentation)
• Develop and define non-functional requirements: performance, error handling, monitoring, alerting
• Document all scenarios including edge cases and validations
• Create user stories with strong entry/exit criteria in Jira
• Participate in SCRUM ceremonies
• Support and define user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios
• Help monitor performance of features post-release
• Take detailed notes and documentation for internal use

Tools & Methodologies

• Experience implementing third-party solutions, ideally Adobe AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)
• Jira & Confluence highly designed
• Agile/SCRUM experience is desired
