Capstone IT is helping our client to hire a Full Stack Developer eager to leverage their expertise to accelerate our growth initiatives and double our revenue. In this role, you will be deploying state-of-the-art technologies to increase operational agility and achieve our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of software development, with an emphasis on backend processes to support strategic business growth.
• Lead and participate in creative sessions to develop applications, APIs, and data-driven solutions that push technological boundaries.
• Adopt diverse roles ranging from technical expert to project leader and mentor, creating a versatile and collaborative team environment.
• Engage proactively with team goals, tackling challenges and innovating solutions to enhance system functionalities and project delivery.
• Evaluate and refine technological solutions, managing performance compromises and facilitating consensus to ensure project success.

Skills and Experience:

• Advanced proficiency in Java/Spring Boot, capable of crafting and managing RESTful APIs, with familiarity in event-driven systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experienced in Vue.js and integrating front-end applications with AWS CloudFront.
• Proven experience in containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Experience with AWS and Azure.
• Expertise in SQL for database management and optimization across platforms like DB2 and SQL Server.
• Dedicated to high-quality code following SOLID principles, well-versed in Agile methodologies, and proficient with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
