Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a strong blend of administrative and development skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering and developing ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on hands-on keyboard work comprising 75% of the role. Additionally, the candidate will engage in training, billing, and supporting business practices related to ServiceNow.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary administrator and developer for ServiceNow platform, ensuring its functionality and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain workflows, forms, reports, and integrations in ServiceNow, with a particular focus on CMDB and server-related functionalities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions within ServiceNow.
- Develop and maintain workflows, forms, reports, and integrations in ServiceNow.
- Train internal teams and clients on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices.
- Provide support for business practices, particularly related to employee onboarding processes, AD integration, and ADP workflows.
- Serve as the first point of contact for designing and implementing workflows and processes within ServiceNow.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience (5+ years) administering and developing within the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, and integrations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with support care business practices is a plus.
- Experience with employee onboarding processes, AD integration, and ADP workflows.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Remote work is acceptable, with a preference for candidates located in Kansas City.
