We are seeking a skilled UKG Pro WFM Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in UKG Pro WFM implementation and be adept at analyzing business needs to configure effective solutions. This remote role involves working closely with clients to ensure successful system deployment and operation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation of UKG Pro WFM, including system configuration, testing, and deployment.- Conduct detailed analysis of client requirements to design tailored solutions.- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scripts, conducting sessions, and addressing any issues.- Provide go-live support to ensure smooth transition and system functionality.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and client satisfaction.- Offer training and guidance to client teams on UKG Pro WFM functionalities.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience with UKG Pro WFM implementation and support.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.- Experience conducting UAT and providing go-live support.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
