Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced UKG Pro Payroll Consultant for a contract position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, analysis, and support of UKG Pro Payroll systems. Key responsibilities include:
- Implementation: Lead the setup and configuration of UKG Pro Payroll systems, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.- Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of payroll processes to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements.- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Develop and execute UAT plans to validate system functionality and address any issues prior to deployment.- Go-Live Support: Provide expert support during go-live, ensuring a smooth transition and addressing any immediate concerns or issues.- Post-Implementation Support: Offer ongoing support and guidance to clients, addressing queries and ensuring system stability.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience with UKG Pro Payroll systems.- Strong background in payroll system implementation and configuration.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.- Effective communication and client management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a consulting role.- Knowledge of UK payroll regulations and compliance.
