Job Title: Contract ADP eTime Consultant (Remote)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ADP eTime Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing ADP eTime solutions, focusing on employee punching, employee attestation, and ensuring California meal-break compliance. The consultant will also assist in configuring manager access and approvals, ensuring all processes adhere to California labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and manage ADP eTime systems to support employee punching and attestation processes.
- Ensure compliance with California meal-break laws and other relevant CA labor regulations.
- Assist in setting up manager access and approval workflows within the eTime system.
- Provide training and support to managers and employees on eTime usage and compliance requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to eTime system functionality.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to integrate eTime with existing systems and processes.

Required Skills:

- Extensive experience with ADP eTime system implementation and management.
- In-depth knowledge of California labor laws, specifically related to meal-break compliance.
- Strong understanding of employee punching and attestation processes.
- Ability to configure and manage manager access and approval settings in eTime.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, maintaining productivity and meeting deadlines.
