We are seeking a skilled Contract Payroll Director with expertise in isolved and HCM transformation, conversion, and implementation. This role is responsible for leading payroll operations, ensuring compliance, and overseeing the successful transformation and integration of payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the payroll operations and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Spearhead the transformation and conversion of payroll systems using isolved.
- Oversee the implementation of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Collaborate with HR and IT departments to align payroll systems with overall business strategies.
- Provide guidance and training to payroll staff on new systems and processes.
- Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and system issues promptly.
- Prepare and present reports on payroll activities and system implementation progress.
