Regions of Expertise: EMEA, APAC, or LATAM (one or more required)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ADP Celergo Payroll Consultant to support global payroll operations across EMEA, APAC, and/or LATAM. This contract role is ideal for a specialist who has hands-on experience implementing, managing, and optimizing ADP Celergo for multi-country payrolls. The consultant will work closely with internal HR, Finance, and regional teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end global payroll processes using ADP Celergo for assigned regions (EMEA, APAC, LATAM).
  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, audits, and approvals with internal stakeholders and in-country payroll providers.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, statutory requirements, and reporting obligations.
  • Troubleshoot payroll issues, reconcile discrepancies, and drive corrective actions.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll data, including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, and tax adjustments.
  • Support Celergo configuration, workflow optimization, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Finance teams on payroll funding, GL files, and month-end close.
  • Create documentation, SOPs, and knowledge materials for internal teams.
  • Provide subject-matter expertise on global payroll best practices and regional nuances.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with ADP Celergo global payroll solutions.
  • Direct experience running payroll in at least one major region:
  • EMEA: UK, EU countries, Middle East, Africa
  • APAC: India, Singapore, China, Australia, Japan, etc.
  • LATAM: Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, etc.
  • Strong understanding of multi-country payroll operations and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to work with in-country payroll partners and navigate region-specific regulations.
  • Advanced skills in payroll data validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience participating in Celergo implementations, migrations, or integrations.
  • Exposure to large multinational corporate environments.
  • Familiarity with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or other HRIS tools.
  • Fluency in an additional language (Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, or Mandarin).

Contract Details

  • Contract length: 6–12 months (with possibility of extension)
  • Hours: Flexible; may require overlap with global time zones
  • Rate: Competitive, based on experience and regional expertise
  • Start date: Immediate or based on availability
