Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ADP GlobalView Implementation Consultant with expertise in US Payroll systems. This role is focused on providing end-to-end implementation services for ADP GlobalView, including configuration, testing, and deployment. The consultant will work remotely and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute full-cycle implementation of ADP GlobalView for US Payroll systems.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.- Configure ADP GlobalView modules to align with client specifications.- Perform thorough testing of system configurations to ensure accuracy and compliance with payroll standards.- Provide expert guidance and support during the deployment phase, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system implementation and configuration.- Document processes, configurations, and test results for future reference and audit purposes.- Train and support end-users in utilizing ADP GlobalView efficiently.- Maintain strong communication with project teams, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.- Stay updated with the latest ADP GlobalView and SAP features and enhancements to provide innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in implementing ADP GlobalView and/or SAP for US Payroll systems.- Strong knowledge of US Payroll regulations and compliance requirements.- Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end implementation projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.- Proficiency in configuring and customizing ADP GlobalView and/or SAP modules.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing time and resources effectively.- Must be US based.
