Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced iSolved Implementation Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have expertise in iSolved and HCM (Human Capital Management) systems, with a strong track record in successful implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of iSolved HCM solutions for clients.- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and tailor the iSolved system to meet their needs.- Conduct system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal functionality.- Provide training and support to clients on the iSolved platform to ensure smooth adoption.- Work with internal teams to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.- Develop and document implementation processes and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in implementing iSolved HCM solutions.- Strong knowledge of HCM processes and best practices.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.- Experience in remote consulting and client interaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a consulting role.- Familiarity with other HCM software solutions.

Contract Details:
