We are seeking a skilled Contract ADP Workforce Now (WFN) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in implementation and migration processes for ADP WFN systems. This remote position requires an individual who can effectively manage and execute ADP WFN solutions to optimize payroll and HR functionalities.

Responsibilities:- Lead and manage ADP WFN system implementations and migrations for clients.- Analyze client needs and customize ADP WFN solutions accordingly.- Provide expert guidance and recommendations for system configuration and optimization.- Collaborate with client teams to ensure seamless integration of ADP WFN with existing systems.- Troubleshoot and resolve any system issues during implementation and migration.- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:- Proven experience with ADP Workforce Now implementation and migration.- Strong understanding of payroll and HR processes.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.- Effective communication and client management skills.- Relevant certifications in ADP systems are a plus.- Background knowledge with Sage HR Payroll is a plus.
