Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled ADP Lyric Implementation Consultant for a contract position to lead and execute the implementation of ADP Lyric (Lifion/NextGen) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience in ADP Lyric systems and demonstrate a successful track record in implementation projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into ADP Lyric solutions.
- Lead the full lifecycle of implementation processes, including planning, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Provide expert guidance on system functionality, best practices, and strategies to optimize the use of ADP Lyric.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation phase.
- Train client teams and ensure smooth transition and adoption of the new system.
- Maintain documentation of implementation processes and client interactions.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in implementing ADP Lyric (Lifion/NextGen) solutions.
- Strong understanding of HR systems and processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in remote consulting and virtual collaboration tools.
