Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Contract HCM Consultant to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, specifically ADP, UKG, and isolved. This role involves leading the implementation, configuration, and optimization of HCM solutions to meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the implementation of HCM systems, including ADP, UKG, and isolved.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective HCM solutions.
- Configure HCM systems to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and training to clients on system usage and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HCM industry trends and system updates.
