Pay Rate: Salaried Position
Start Time: 7:00 am
Responsibilities:
In the position of Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Answering incoming calls for residential inquiries Main switchboard operator for all incoming calls, sorting incoming mail as well as courier packages. Working with supervisors on a daily basis to deal with complaints You will also be required at times to assist the Management team in resolving customer inquiries. Dispatching residential calls/complaints to Route Supervisor and Drivers Filing and general maintenance of all office records update daily records as well as any other general administrative duties as required. Requirements:
Bilingual French and English Successful candidates should minimum of 6 months of Administrative experience Highly productive, team player with excellent written, oral and customer service skills Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Strong attention to detail
Superior communication and organizational skills are key for this role, as is your ability to manage multiple priorities.
