Job Description

Our client is looking for a skilled Automation Technician to join their team. Our client story began in the Great Depression and only grew from their winning many awards, such as Home Brand of the Year and Honored at White House for Military, Veterans Support.

As an Automation Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing various automated systems and equipment. You will also work closely with engineers and operators to ensure optimal performance and safety of our machines.

• 5 AM start time 
• Monday-Friday

Refrigeration Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform high-level machine and systems troubleshooting and repair, assist engineering and plant staff with the specification, installation, and modification of integrated systems, and provide technical support for all phases of the operation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Refrigeration Technician Requirements:

• 4+ years of automation experience and/or industrial maintenance required
• Standard computer skills; must have strong skills in document organization, the use of technical materials, and research techniques
• Must either be proficient or become proficient in SAP Maintenance.
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing with all team members.
• Must have hands-on electrical troubleshooting and problem solving experience.
• Experience with programming Rockwell software and equipment integration. 
• Must possess the ability to function effectively in a team environment and interact productively with all levels of management and operations personnel; critical thinking and problem solving skills; with strong interpersonal skills.
• Certifications in any technical field or techniques is a plus.
